    Our long-term vision for Jesmond Three Sixty embraces ‘Urban greening’ to enhance the appeal of this city centre island and define its edges. We have exciting plans to create greener and more inviting social spaces which will include a varied and attractive planting programme.

    Our design concept is based on achieving vastly improved ‘greening’ to the transitional areas of the site and transforming the outdoor zones relating to each building. Plans include resurfacing of the roads, pavements and a vibrant courtyard including additional planting beds to add colour and seasonal interest. The gathering spaces and gardens for our current and proposed leisure offering will also benefit from landscaping and street furniture enhancements to be enjoyed during warm weather.

    The new Urban Glade involves creating a focal outdoor space that features naturalistic planting and seating surrounded by trees providing opportunities for outdoor activities and gathering with families, friends and colleagues. There will be opportunities for new and unique social/community events. Essentially, a place for residents and friends to meet and socialise as the community grows. Our comprehensive plans ensure there will be a clear point of arrival, pedestrian routes, improved signposting to destinations and engaging spaces to encourage lingering and enjoyment of the area.

    What’s to come at Jesmond three sixty

    ONE Jesmond Three Sixty will be introducing its own leisure offering, consisting of three bespoke units across 10,000sq.ft of ground floor space.  These units will add a cosmopolitan feel to the development, all of which will offer outdoor seating areas, allowing customers to enjoy an al fresco experience.
