Our minimum contract length is 12 months.
Are maintenance costs included?
Maintenance costs are included in the Rent
Is parking available?
Yes we offer 2 different parking options including a number of secure/private spaces. Please enquire for prices.
What bills are included?
Our properties are inclusive of bills, however you will be responsible for paying council tax, water rates, WIFI and your TV licence. Parking is an additional charge.
Who do I contact regarding any maintenance issues?
We have a dedicated on-site maintenance team who you can log repairs with. For out-of-hours repairs we have a dedicated line that can help you.

Can I hang pictures and mirrors?
Yes, in fact our maintenance team can assist with this, however we do ask that the property is returned to us in the same condition as noted upon your check in inventory report.
